The firm has offices in New Delhi and Gurugram, India. The Partners of the firm were practicing individually since 1962 before the inception of the firm in the year 2016. The firm provide legal services to the clients across diverse practice areas and industry verticals. The firm also provides litigation services before various forums including Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Consumer Courts, District Courts and other judicial & quasi-judicial authorities across India. The firm is being managed by Mr. Siddhant Gupta and Mr. Saranshh Gupta Advocates along with active co-operation of a team of dedicated professionals.

SIDDHANT GUPTA, Founder and Managing Partner
Siddhant Gupta, a qualified lawyer has extensive experience in corporate commercial and civil law with a special focus on Banking Laws, Legal Due Diligence, Litigation, Arbitration, Criminal Litigation, Environment Laws, Labour, Employment and Consumer Law, Corporate/ Commercial Advisory, Real Estate, Construction Law, Dispute Resolution. He is an innovative lawyer having strong legal, commercial acumen. He is providing creative solutions and developing complex structures for achieving resolution for stakeholders. He represents a diverse client base before various Tribunals, District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
He is appointed as the Panel Counsel for Union of India, Delhi Development Authority, Municipal Corporation of Delhi for conducting litigation on behalf of them before the Delhi High Court on a daily basis. He has also been appointed as Retainer Counsel for IndusInd Bank, Punjab National Bank and Bank of India and has been regularly representing them in matters relating to banking recoveries and besides rendering legal opinions on various complex legal issues.
